The Cartersville complex is located in Bartow County, just north of Cherokee County. It has a concession stand and restroom facilities. The complex isn’t far from Lake Point, but it’s not part of that facility.
Driving directions from NTH fields:
Driving time is approximately 50 minutes from Metro North Park, and 35 minutes from the United Quest clubhouse. Directions assume you’re starting from I-75 North somewhere in Cobb County.
- Take I-75 North to exit #283: Allatoona Road / Emerson.
- Turn left onto Old Allatoona Road and go 0.9 miles. You’ll pass the huge Lake Point Sporting Community and cross US-41 during this stretch.
- Soon after crossing US-41, take a slight left onto Old Alabama Road.
- Stay on Old Alabama for another 1.0 miles until you reach an intersection with Red Top Mountain Road.
- Turn left to stay on Old Alabama and go another 3.2 miles to the intersection with Douthit Ferry Road / Carter Grove Blvd.
- Turn right onto Douthit Ferry and go 1.3 miles to the intersection with Walnut Grove Road / Pine Grove Road.
- Turn left onto Walnut Grove and go 0.5 miles to the intersection with Milner Road.
- Turn left onto Milner and go 0.2 miles. The entrance to the soccer park is on the left.
