The Milton Center is located in the center of Alpharetta, one block from the square. The facility includes Independence High School. We’re not sure about amenities such as restrooms or concessions.

Directions from Metro North Park

Driving time is approximately 30 minutes from Metro North Park.

  1. Turn left onto Paper Mill Road, go a quarter mile to the intersection of Paper Mill and Johnson Ferry Road.
  2. Turn right onto Johnson Ferry Road, go 1.6 miles to Abernathy Road.
  3. Turn left onto Abernathy Road, go just under 2 miles to the GA 400 interchange.
  4. Turn left to take GA 400 North.
  5. Stay on GA 400 North until exit #10:  Old Milton Parkway, also called GA 120.
  6. Turn left (west) onto Old Milton Parkway and go 1.3 miles to Haynes Bridge Road.
  7. Turn right at a large intersection onto Haynes Bridge and go 0.3 miles.
  8. Turn left at a traffic light onto Academy Street and go 0.2 miles. This road becomes Milton Avenue as you cross over Canton Street.
  9. You’ll see signs for the Milton Center on the right (there’s a cemetery on the left). Enter the rear parking lot (second entrance) off Milton Avenue and park near the tennis courts. Walk towards the main stadium football field. The soccer fields are to the left on the lower field.

Directions from United Quest Park

Driving time is approximately 45 minutes from United Quest Park. You can go east through Roswell to GA 400 North, or you can take the interstates. If you use the interstates, take I-75 South to exit #259, then take I-285 East to exit #27, then take GA 400 North and start below at step #7.

  1. Take Hawkins Store Road to Canton Road.
  2. Turn left (north) onto Canton Road and go 0.7 miles.
  3. Turn right onto Shallowford Road and go 3.8 miles.
  4. Turn left at a major intersection onto Sandy Plains Road and go 3.1 miles until it ends at Highway 92, also called Woodstock Road.
  5. Turn right onto Highway 92 (Woodstock Road). You’ll stay on this road for about 7 miles until you reach GA Highway 400 (also called US 19). During this stretch, the road name changes to Crossville Road and Holcomb Bridge Road.
  6. Turn left to take GA Highway 400 North (US-19).
  7. Stay on GA 400 North until exit #10:  Old Milton Parkway, also called GA 120.
  8. Turn left (west) onto Old Milton Parkway and go 1.3 miles to Haynes Bridge Road.
  9. Turn right at a large intersection onto Haynes Bridge and go 0.3 miles.

There are only a few spaces available near the tennis courts. There are alternate parking areas off the first Milton Center entrance, to the right of the stadium. Click the small photo for an enlargement.
