Beat the evil lost & found gremlin? Label warm-ups!

2018 King Holiday scrimmage group (6)There will be days when players want to wear warm-up jackets and pants (link:  tips on cold weather attire). As a player warms up, she may want to remove a layer, so off comes a jacket or pants. And on comes the evil lost & found gremlin to misplace items and start trouble.

The gremlin had a lot of success during the fall. Let’s stop that evil gremlin this year!

Parents are the key. You can prevent the evil gremlin from creating needless lost and found angst with a common household item — a Sharpie —and 5 minutes of your time. Please take a few minutes to use a Sharpie to note your daughter’s initials and uniform number on internal tags / labels.

If she has an older item that’s been through several laundry cycles, make sure the ID is still readable. Or you can have her initials and uniform number embroidered on the warm-ups.
