Many of our players will be out of town during spring break. We have enough available players to schedule informal Saturday, April 2nd and Sunday, April 10th intra-Academy game days, plus a Thursday, April 7 practice.

  • Time:  10:00 – 11:30 AM
  • Location:  Metro North Park small turf field
  • Uniforms:  Girls should wear their blue game day uniforms with either blue socks or crazy socks.

Monday-Thursday, April 4-7:

  • We’ll skip our usual Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday practices.
  • We’ll have a practice on Thursday, April 7, 4:45 – 6:15 PM at Metro North Park. Girls should wear standard practice gear. We’ll have a wall slam tournament (similar to 1-wall racketball) and then follow-up with scrimmages.

Spring Break 2022 preview:

Many local school systems have a spring break the week of April 4-8, 2022. We’ll keep our regular practice schedule the week of March 28th before spring break starts. But we’ll adjust our schedule for the schools’ spring break week, and the weekends before (April 2-3) and after (April 9-10) the school break.

Spring break attendance poll:

If there are enough players in town for spring break soccer, we’ll offer an adjusted schedule. Please complete a quick (1-2 minutes) Survey Monkey poll to let us know your daughter’s availability: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6MMSFLQ (response deadline Wednesday evening, March 30). If your daughter is available for any events, please check this page on Thursday afternoon, March 31st for an update about our adjusted spring break schedule.

Spring break beach soccer photos:

If you’re planning a beach trip, we welcome beach soccer photos, particularly those that have cool shadows (like the above photo). With your permission, we’ll post to our Twitter account, but without any names or location data.
