Updated July 12, 2022: Real life has taught us that GotSport’s registration tasks are tricky, and the system often makes it easier to fail than to succeed. We will revise the PDF guide in the next day or two to address the most common problems.
Our Junior Academy families went through a registration process in June that involved the NASA Tophat PlayMetrics system and a bit of another system named GotSport. There are three additional player-specific registration requirements for the GotSport system. (GotSport handles player eligibility for inter-league play. It’s not a NASA Tophat system like PlayMetrics, but it’s required for larger clubs who field teams in multiple leagues.)
GotSport player registration tasks:
- Upload a player photo (head and shoulders, plain background, uniform not required)
- Upload the player’s proof of birth (birth certificate or passport)
- Submit the form R-200 consent / waiver

Tips:

- For GotSport player registration purposes, our Junior Academy players are classified as Academy U8-U12, not Girls Academy.
