Monday, February 3rd update: Our Quest Park practices for week 1 move from Quest field 7 to the big Quest puddle jumper court (the small rink play area on the left of the Quest entrance road). Turf shoes work best on the artificial surface. We expect to be back on Quest 7 (our usual practice field) starting February 10th.

Spring 2020 practice schedule:
We start spring 2020 practices Monday, February 3rd at United Quest Park, and Tuesday, February 4th at Metro North Park. We have the same practice days / times / fields as in the fall. Link: spring 2020 practice schedule details
Spring 2020 game day schedule:
We start game days on either Saturday, February 29, or Saturday, March 7, and finish the weekend of May 16-17. Link: spring 2020 game day schedule (will update mid-February)
