Cobb and Cherokee schools have a 2024 winter break the week of February 19th. If enough players are staying in town, we’ll schedule practices for those girls. We may also have a 7v7 pre-season prep scrimmage on Saturday, February 24 or Sunday, February 25.
Player availability poll:
- If your daughter is available for practice(s) or a weekend 7v7 scrimmage, please e-mail Ward with the date(s) she is available.
- If your daughter will miss sessions due to family travel, please e-mail me with the dates she’s not available. A reminder that family travels and events take priority over soccer!

Practice sessions:
- Monday, Feb. 19: practice 5:30-6:45 PM at Quest Park field #7.
- Tuesday, Feb. 20: practice 4:45-6:00 PM at the Metro North Tops field.
- Wednesday, Feb. 21: practice 5:30-6:45 PM at Quest Park field #7.
- Thursday, Feb. 22: practice 4:45-6:00 PM at the Metro North Tops field.
- Friday, February 23: no practice.
Scrimmage game days:
Available players should wear the appropriate game day uniform and arrive 5 minutes before warm-up. We’ll assign teams after warm-up and use colored practice vests to distinguish teams.
- Saturday, February 24: 7v7 scrimmage at Metro North Tops field, 11:30 AM – 1:15 PM. Girls should wear their yellow uniforms. Link: the leap to v7 soccer
- Sunday, February 25: 7v7 scrimmage at Quest Park field #7, 1:30-3:15 PM. Girls should wear their blue uniforms. Link: the leap to v7 soccer
