Cobb and Cherokee schools have a 2021 winter break the week of February 15th. The Junior Academy Girls will practice as usual this week for the kids who are staying in town. If your daughter will miss any of our sessions due to family travel, just e-mail the coach.

We have gotten hit with lousy weather, which has eaten into our practice time:
Monday, Feb. 15: Canceled due to cold rainTuesday, Feb. 16: Canceled due to extreme cold (wind chill below 20)- Wednesday, Feb. 17: Practice from 5:00-6:15 PM on the Quest Park puddle jumper court. We recommend turf shoes or sneakers for this surface.
- Thursday, Feb. 18: Practice from 4:45-6:00 PM on the Metro North Park TOPS field.
- Saturday, Feb. 20: Make-up practice: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM on the Metro North Park TOPS field.
Saturday make-up session:
We reserved the Metro North Park TOPS field on Saturday, February 20, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM for a make-up session. This session is open to all of our players, whether they normally practice at Metro North or United Quest. If your daughter is available for the Saturday make-up session, please e-mail Ward.
Updated Tuesday, Feb. 16 @ 5:40 PM: We have enough players available to make the Saturday session work. Girls should wear their usual practice gear and be at the Metro North TOPS field by 11:30 AM.
