We’re in a pickle with today’s practice. NTH and PlayMetics have declared Metro North fields closed. We guess that is a mistake, so we plan to practice as usual on the Tops field.
The other end of the pickle: entry gates. Gate chains at Metro are fairly new. They are very tight, which means friction interferes with smooth working on the key codes. Hopefully someone stronger than me will be there to provide the necessary muscle.
If we get field usage approval, and gate locks are resolved, all will be well. If either fails, we may have a string of cars waiting to enter, or possibly to get sent home. Keep your fingers crossed.
