Friday, May 20th messages from the tournament director:
3:45 PM: The games scheduled for Noonday Park tonight at 6:00 and 8:00 PM are canceled due to rain. As of now, all games scheduled for tomorrow at all venues are on as scheduled. We will update the tournament website and the rain hotline no later than 6:15 AM tomorrow morning for all venues.
7:00 AM: As of 7:00 AM this morning, no rain has fallen and plans are to move forward with the event. The forecast models are continually changing and we are expecting to receive some rainfall today. We will continue to update everyone should there be any changes to the event schedule. You can monitor those changes in three ways:
1) Emails sent out through the tournament system

Guest coaches
We have three simultaneous games Saturday at 1 PM, and Sunday at 10:30 AM. Copey and Hailey are unavailable, so we recruited guest coaches to fill in. Long-time NASA Academy coaches Dawn Bristol and Hannah Lones will cover games, as will Brittney Reed. (Hannah and Brittney came through the NASA Academy as youth players and were teammates on the NASA G12 Elite II team which won the USYS U19 National Championship in 2013.
