Game day notes:

Game time change alert (updated Monday @ 12:30 PM): One of the 10:15 games has been shifted forward to 9:00. The game day table below reflects the change.

  • Multiple game venues: We have 5v5 games on both halves of the Metro North Park TOPS field, plus a 7v7 game in Dacula (Gwinnett County).
  • DH girls: We have room for a few girls to play twice. (We call this double-header, or DH duty.) Ideal candidates:
    • 1-2 girls from the 9:00 AM game to play again at either 11:30 or 12:45.
    • 1-2 girls from the 11:30 AM game to play again at 12:45.
    • 1-2 girls from the 12:45 PM game to also play in the 11:30 game.
    • If your daughter fits the DH candidate criteria and is available to play twice, please e-mail Ward and include the DH time preferences.
  • Uniforms: We’re wearing our yellow uniforms for all games.
  • Cool weather / label warm-up items: We’ll likely have chilly weather for the 9:00 AM and 10:15 AM games. Girls may want to wear a warm-up jacket and pants during warm-ups, and a long sleeve shirt under their uniform shirt during the game. (Undershirt color preference: yellow if possible, white as the next choice, black as 3rd choice.)
    • Lost & found alert! The evil lost & found gremlin will take note of the weather change and try to separate players from their warm-ups. (The evil gremlin already struck last weekend, leaving behind an unlabeled hoodie.) You can help prevent further hassles! Link: label warm-up items to foil the evil lost & found gremlin.
  • Warm-up captains: Girls whose names are in bold print with a (C) indicator are warm-up captains. They are responsible for gathering their teammates and helping the coaches start pre-game warm-up. Link: warm-up ideas
